Our business model is based on referrals, the construction industry runs on commissions. We do not charge our clients for our services, we make our profit on small commissions from our vendors (lower than the industry standard).

This is a win, win, win,

• Vendors win because we do not ask them to cut corners in order to fill bloated referral fees.

• We win because we make a small profit from every vendor.

So what’s the catch?

As far as we can see there is no catch, the construction industry is ripe for disruption, we are simply using honesty, transparency and quality service as our tools to disrupt the sector. We all win.

How do I hire you?

Technically you don’t hire us, you simply let us refer our trusted vendors for your project, we will provide all the vendor choices for you to make. We’ll ensure that your project is run by individuals that offer the highest level of professionalism.

The downside…for now

For now, we are accepting clients project requests but not recommending vendors online. Feel free to sign up and tell us which vendors you need, we will do our best to reach out to you directly.

We are in the process of digitizing our network of trusted contacts. It’s a manual process that takes time and care to manage. Any vendor with the link to the site can apply, but only those trusted and vetted by us will be awarded a membership. Only our trusted colleagues and partners make it to the system.
